The QX60’s pre-crash front seatbelts will tighten automatically in the event the vehicle detects an impending crash, improving protection against injury significantly. The Vistiq doesn’t offer pre-crash pretensioners.

In a Vehicle-to-Vehicle Frontal Crash Prevention 2.0 test conducted by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), the Infiniti QX60 achieved a “Acceptable” rating - the second highest possible - for its performance in forward collision warning and automatic braking systems, demonstrating its excellent capabilities in preventing collisions. The Cadillac Vistiq has not been tested.

Both the QX60 and the Vistiq have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, driver and front passenger knee airbags, front seat center airbag, side-impact head airbags, front and rear seatbelt pretensioners, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras, rear cross-path warning, available all wheel drive, around view monitors and driver alert monitors.

The Infiniti QX60 has achieved the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s (IIHS) highest rating of “Top Safety Pick Plus” for the 2026 model year. This distinction is based on its exceptional performance in IIHS’ rigorous battery of safety tests. Specifically, it earned a “Good” rating in the latest, more stringent moderate overlap front crash test, a “Good” result in the updated side impact test, a “Good” score in the revised pedestrian crash prevention test, and an “Acceptable” score in the revised vehicle-to-vehicle crash prevention test. The Vistiq has not yet been evaluated by the IIHS for 2026.

The QX60 comes with a full 4-year/60,000-mile basic warranty, which covers the entire truck and includes 24-hour roadside assistance. The Vistiq’s 4-year/50,000-mile basic warranty expires 10,000 miles sooner.

The QX60’s corrosion warranty is 1 year longer than the Vistiq’s (7 vs. 6 years).

Infiniti pays for scheduled maintenance on the QX60 for 3 years and 45000 miles. Infiniti will pay for oil changes, tire rotations, air filter replacements, cabin filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, inspections, and any other required maintenance. Cadillac only pays for the first scheduled maintenance visit on the Vistiq.

A reliable vehicle saves its owner time, money and trouble. Nobody wants to be stranded or have to be without a vehicle while it’s being repaired. Consumer Reports rates the QX60’s reliability 23 points higher than the Vistiq.

The QX60 has a standard easy tire fill system. When inflating the tires, the vehicle’s integrated tire pressure sensors keep track of the pressure as the tires fill and tell the driver when the tires are inflated to the proper pressure. The Vistiq doesn’t offer vehicle monitored tire inflation.

The QX60 has a standard space-saver spare tire so you can replace a flat tire and drive to have the flat repaired or replaced. A spare tire isn’t available on the Vistiq; it requires you to depend on roadside assistance and your vehicle will have to be towed.

The QX60 Luxe AWD handles at .82 G’s, while the Vistiq Sport pulls only .80 G’s of cornering force in a Car and Driver skidpad test.

The Infiniti QX60 may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 1600 to 1800 pounds less than the Cadillac Vistiq.

The QX60 is 7.5 inches shorter than the Vistiq, making the QX60 easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

The QX60 has .1 inches more front headroom, .9 inches more front hip room, 4.1 inches more third row hip room and 1.3 inches more third row shoulder room than the Vistiq.

For enhanced passenger comfort on long trips the QX60’s middle and third row seats recline. The Vistiq’s third row seats don’t recline.

A standard locking glovebox (which can’t be accessed with the valet key) keeps your small valuables safer in the QX60. The Vistiq doesn’t offer locking storage for small valuables.

The QX60’s standard towing capacity is much higher than the Vistiq’s (6000 vs. 5000 pounds).

The Vistiq’s cornering lamps activate a lamp on the front corner when the turn signal is activated. The QX60 Autograph’s standard adaptive cornering lights turn the actual headlight unit up to several degrees, depending on steering wheel angle and vehicle speed. This lights a significant distance into corners at any speed.

Manual rear side window sunshades are available in the QX60 to help block heat and glare for the rear passengers. The Vistiq doesn’t offer rear side window sunshades.

The QX60 is available in both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations. The Vistiq doesn’t offer a two-wheel drive configuration.
